"Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship. It is the goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed ""in hands"" date.

Shipping time must be added to turnaround times.

Orders must be placed and approved before stated cut off times, files that are incorrect or not print ready will delay the turnaround time. If you request a proof this will also delay the turnaround time. These are not guaranteed times, we are not responsible for time sensitive orders

Turnaround is business days, these do not include weekends and holidays"
