Our turnaround times refer only to production time. Once production is complete, it may take up to one additional business day for your order to ship. We always aim to ship orders as soon as they’re ready, but please note:
The last day of the turnaround period is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Be sure to add shipping time to your turnaround estimate.

To avoid delays:

• Orders must be placed and approved before the cutoff time.

• Files must be print-ready and error-free.

• Requesting a proof will extend the turnaround time.
