1. General Information

This website is operated by PixelPlusPrint. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

PixelPlusPrint provides custom printing services and related products. All products are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer.

3. Order Process

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  • Full payment has been received, and

  • Final artwork has been approved by the customer (when applicable)

PixelPlusPrint reserves the right to refuse any order.

4. Customer Files and Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • The quality, resolution, and format of submitted files

  • Spelling, design, and content

  • Ensuring they have the rights to use any images, logos, or materials provided

PixelPlusPrint is not responsible for errors in files approved by the customer.

5. Colors and Variations

Due to differences between screens and printing processes:

  • Printed colors may vary from what is seen on screen

  • Slight variations in cutting, sizing, and finishing may occur

These variations are not considered defects.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

7. Production and Delivery Times

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Complexity

  • External factors (weather, logistics, etc.)

PixelPlusPrint does not guarantee exact delivery times.

8. Shipping

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

PixelPlusPrint is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Damage occurring during transit

However, we will provide reasonable assistance in managing claims.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • No refunds will be issued for processed orders

10. Claims and Replacements

Any claims for defects must be made within 2 business days of delivery.

If the issue is determined to be caused by PixelPlusPrint, we will replace the product.

Replacements do not apply in cases of:

  • Incorrect files submitted by the customer

  • Misuse of the product

  • Normal production variations

11. Intellectual Property

The customer guarantees they own or have rights to use all submitted content.

PixelPlusPrint is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from customer-provided materials.

12. Limitation of Liability

PixelPlusPrint’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Data Protection

Customer information will be used solely to process orders and provide services.

We do not share personal data with third parties except when necessary to fulfill the service (e.g., shipping providers).

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

15. Modifications

PixelPlusPrint reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website.
